Ingredients
2 salmon fillets (6 oz each, fresh or thawed)
1 tbsp olive oil (or avocado oil for higher smoke point)
1 tsp garlic powder (or 1 tsp fresh minced garlic)
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes
Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels; remove pin bones
Brush fillets with oil, season evenly with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder, and cayenne pepper
Cook in the air fryer for 8 minutes (or 10 minutes if thicker fillets)
Flip fillets halfway through cooking time
Let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving
Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley
Notes
Use avocado oil if using higher heat for browning
For extra crispiness, pat fillets dry and don’t overcrowd the fryer
