Ingredients
0.5 cup brewed chamomile tea, cooled to room temperature
1 large ripe banana, sliced into 0.5-inch chunks
1 tbsp raw honey (or agave nectar for vegan)
1 cup almond milk, chilled (or oat or coconut milk)
1 cup ice cubes
1 tbsp dried chamomile, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Brew 0.5 cup chamomile tea and let cool completely (at least 10 minutes)
Peel and slice one banana into 0.5-inch chunks
Measure all ingredients on countertop
In a blender, add chamomile tea, banana chunks, honey, and almond milk
Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until fully combined
Add 1 cup ice cubes and pulse 5-6 times to desired thickness
Pour into a chilled glass
Top with reserved ice and/or chamomile blossoms for garnish
Sip immediately for best flavor
