1 large ripe banana, sliced into 0.5-inch chunks

1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

Brew 0.5 cup chamomile tea and let cool completely (at least 10 minutes)
Peel and slice one banana into 0.5-inch chunks
Measure all ingredients on countertop
In a blender, add chamomile tea, banana chunks, honey, and almond milk
Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until fully combined
