Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken or turkey
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
4 oz cream cheese or Greek yogurt
1 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese
12 egg roll wrappers
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/2 cup blue cheese dressing
Instructions
Shred 2 cups of chicken using two forks.
Combine shredded chicken, 1/2 cup buffalo sauce, and 4 oz cream cheese or Greek yogurt in a bowl.
Add 1 cup cheddar or mozzarella cheese and mix until fully incorporated.
Cover and chill 10-15 minutes if using cold ingredients for better texture.
Lay an egg roll wrapper diagonally, corner pointing up.
Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling in a neat mound at the center.
