Ingredients
1 loaf French bread, sliced lengthwise
2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie, halal-approved)
½–1 cup Buffalo sauce (adjust spiciness as desired)
½ cup ranch or Blue Cheese dressing (mayonnaise-based)
2–3 cups mozzarella or cheddar cheese mix
½ red onion (optional)
Garlic powder (optional)
Olive oil (optional; replace butter in recipe)
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine shredded chicken with ½ cup Buffalo sauce in a bowl.
Brush French bread slices with garlic-infused olive oil and toast in the oven for 5 minutes.
Spread ranch dressing evenly over toasted bread slices.
Layer Buffalo chicken mixture, then add red onion slices and cheese until the top is covered.
