3 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 packets powdered apple cider mix
3 cups high-quality white chocolate chips
1/2 cup caramel bits
1.5 tbsp heavy cream (for caramel)
Instructions
Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch square pan with parchment paper or foil with an overhang for easy removal.
