Ingredients
1/4 cup unsalted butter
3 cups mini marshmallows
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
3 packets powdered apple cider mix
3 cups white chocolate chips
1/2 cup caramel bits
1 1/2 Tbsp heavy cream (for caramel)
Instructions
Line an 8×8 or 9×9 inch pan with foil or parchment paper with overhang for easy removal.
In a large pot, combine the butter, marshmallows, sugar, 1/2 cup heavy cream, and apple cider packets.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is smooth and melted.
Remove from heat and stir in the white chocolate chips until completely melted and smooth.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine caramel bits and 1 1/2 Tbsp heavy cream; microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Drizzle the melted caramel over the fudge base and use a knife to swirl it into the surface.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm before slicing into 16 squares.
Notes
Use high-quality European style butter for the best flavor.
Ensure the apple cider mix is the powdered drink variety.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator to maintain the perfect fudge texture.
