Ingredients
3–4 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup uncooked white rice
10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
10 oz cream of mushroom soup
1–2 cups chicken broth
1 packet dry onion soup mix

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Grease a 9×13-inch glass baking dish
Spread uncooked white rice across the bottom
In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, and onion soup mix until smooth
Pour soup mixture over the rice
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper
Place chicken breasts on top of the rice layer
Cover with aluminum foil
