Ingredients
2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
2 cups chopped fresh spinach
8 oz softened cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup grated parmesan
2 cloves minced garlic
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
Whisk cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, onion powder, paprika, and salt until smooth
Stir in shredded chicken and chopped spinach
Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish
Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan across the top
Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly
Let cool slightly before serving
