Ingredients
3 ripe bananas (overripe preferred)
1/3 cup natural peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (minimum 60% cocoa)
2 tsp coconut oil (room temperature, optional)
1 tsp maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
Instructions
Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth
Whisk in peanut butter until fully incorporated
Melt coconut oil (if using) and blend into banana mixture
Fold in chocolate chips evenly
Press cooled mixture into a greased 9×9-inch baking dish
Bake at 350°F for 22-25 minutes until clean toothpick test
Cool completely on wire rack
