Ingredients
1 package Cinnamon Rolls (12 oz / 340g)
1 cup Fresh Strawberries (120g)
1 cup Fresh Blueberries (150g)
1 medium Banana (110g)
2 Tbsp Melted Butter (28g)
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 cup Maple Syrup (60ml)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper
Unroll cinnamon roll dough into individual rolls
Cut each roll into 3 equal pieces (roughly 1″ chunks)
Halve strawberries and slice banana 1/4″ thick
Thread dough pieces and fruits alternately onto bamboo skewers
Arrange 4 skewers per 12″x15″ baking sheet with 1″ spacing
Whisk melted butter with cinnamon in a small bowl
Brush the cinnamon-butter mixture over the skewers
Drizzle with maple syrup
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden
Notes
Use raspberries or pear as fruit substitutes
Olive oil replaces butter for a vegan option
Skewers can be assembled ahead and refrigerated until baking
