Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup granulated sugar
4 tsp baking powder
2 large eggs

1½ cups whole milk
½ cup melted salted butter
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper
Whisk cake flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, vanilla, milk, and melted butter in a bowl
Set batter aside
Cream softened butter with brown sugar until smooth
Add cinnamon, 2 tbsp flour, and salt; mix until thick
Using a spatula, layer cinnamon filling over cake batter in alternating ribbons
Bake until golden and toothpick inserts clean, 35–40 minutes
