1 lb Cod Fillets
2 tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Paprika (smoked)
1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
8 small Flour/Corn Tortillas
2 cups Shredded Cabbage
1/2 cup Sour Cream (non-dairy option available)
1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
Instructions
Pat cod fillets dry using paper towels
Drizzle with 2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp lime juice
Sprinkle 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper
Rub seasonings into both sides of fillets
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat
