1 package (8 rolls) Crescent Rolls
8 ounces Cream Cheese
6 large Eggs
1 cup Whole Milk
1 cup Melting Cheese Blend (Colby Jack or Cheddar)
1 cup cooked Ham (optional; omit for vegetarian)
1 small Jalapeño, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Freeze-dried Parsley
Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Sea Salt, to taste
Instructions
Set oven to 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes preheat
Generously butter a 9×13-inch casserole dish
Unroll dough into individual triangle shapes
Portion 1 rounded teaspoon of softened cream cheese near the wide end of each triangle
Carefully roll up each dough triangle and place in the prepared baking dish, seam side down
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, parsley, and jalapeño (or bell peppers for a milder option). If using, fold in diced cooked ham
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the rolled dough in the dish
Sprinkle the melted cheese blend on top
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden and bubbly
Notes
Use biscuit dough for a denser texture
Substitute smoked cream cheese for extra flavor
Replace whole milk with a non-dairy alternative for a lactose-free option
For vegetarian version, omit ham and replace with spinach or mushrooms
