Ingredients

Feta cheese, 200g diced
Cucumber, 1 large, sliced (seeds removed)
Cherry tomatoes, 10, halved
Olive oil, 2 tbsp
Oregano, 1 tsp dried
Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

Dice feta cheese into 1-inch cubes
Peel cucumber and slice into 1-inch disks, removing centers if bulky
Cut cherry tomatoes in half
In a large bowl, mix feta, cucumber, and tomatoes gently
Drizzle olive oil over the mixture
Sprinkle 1 tsp oregano, then add salt and pepper
Thread 2 feta cubes, 1 cucumber slice, and 2 tomato halves onto skewers
Repeat until all ingredients are used
Cover skewers with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 hour before serving
