Tender grilled beef mingled with aromatic herbs and fresh Greek salad in warm, fluffy wraps. A quick and customizable family favorite for any occasion.
Ingredients
500g Australian beef mince (70/30 lean)
3 tsp dried mixed herbs
8 white wraps (Woolworths or similar)
270g Greek salad kit (pre-chopped)
1 lemon (sliced for serving)
Olive oil (for cooking)
Black pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Heat oil in a non-stick pan on medium-high. Add beef mince and cook 5 minutes, breaking lumps until browned.
Add 1.5 tsp herbs, sauté 3 minutes until fragrant. Season with pepper. Transfer to a bowl.
Wipe pan clean. Toast wraps 30 seconds each side until golden. Place on plates.
Top wraps with prepared Greek salad (per kit instructions), beef mixture, and remaining 1.5 tsp herbs. Serve with lemon slices.
Notes
For juicier results, use 70/30 lean mince. Avoid low-fat mince to prevent rubbery texture.
If wraps become soggy, re-crisp in a toaster oven.
Double herbs for bland store-brand wraps. Substitute with 1 tsp oregano or rosemary for distinct flavor.
Add water to beef mixture to salvage dryness if needed.
