Ingredients
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 garlic cloves (minced)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
Trim excess fat from chicken thighs
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, salt, pepper, and honey to create marinade
Submerge chicken in marinade, cover, and refrigerate for 20 minutes
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
Grill thighs 5-7 minutes per side, basting with remaining marinade
