2 lbs chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
2 tbsp chopped cilantro (or parsley)

Instructions

Juice 1 lime into a non-reactive bowl
Whisk lime juice with salt, green Tabasco, honey, non-alcoholic tequila, and cilantro until fully emulsified
Place chicken in a sealed container and submerge fully in marinade; rotate occasionally for even coating
