Garlic, 2 cloves (minced)
Hot Honey, 1/4 cup (adjust for spice)
Soy Sauce, 2 tablespoons (use tamari for gluten-free)
Rice Vinegar, 1 tablespoon (blends honey’s sweetness)
Spices, 1 teaspoon (mix smoked paprika, salt, pepper)
Cottage Cheese, 1 cup (use Greek yogurt alternative)
Cilantro/Green Onion, 2 tablespoons (optional garnish)


Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (218°C)
Toss cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, smoked paprika, and pepper on a baking sheet
