Ingredients
1½ cups All-purpose flour
1 cup Granulated sugar
½ cup Brown sugar, packed
1½ sticks (¾ cup) Unsalted butter, softened
3 total (2 for brownie, 1 for cookie dough) Large eggs
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 standard package (about 15–20 cookies) Cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
¾ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Baking powder
Instructions
Prepare your baking pan. Line a 9×13 inch pan with parchment paper. Allow some overhang on the sides for easy removal.
Press the cookie mixture. Evenly spread your prepared base mixture into the bottom of the lined pan. Ensure it forms a firm, consistent foundation.
Arrange the cream-filled chocolate cookies. Place a single row of these crunchy biscuits directly over the base mixture. Position them closely together.
Pour the cocoa mixture. Carefully spoon the rich, cocoa-infused topping over the cookie and biscuit arrangement. Smooth it out gently to cover everything.
Bake until set. Place the pan in a preheated cooking appliance. Allow it to bake for 30-35 minutes. A toothpick inserted should come out with moist crumbs.
Cool completely. This is a critical step. Let the entire creation cool fully before attempting to remove or slice it.
Slice and serve. Once entirely cooled, lift the baked item from the pan using the parchment paper overhangs. Then, portion into squares.
