Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (6-ounce each)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
4 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
Pat chicken breasts dry and ensure even thickness (trim if needed). In a bowl, whisk olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, thyme, and oregano. Brush half the marinade onto chicken; marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F). Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes per side, until golden and crispy with a slightly charred edge. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
