Ingredients
Ground beef
1 large egg
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup ketchup

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and diced bell pepper. Gently fold mixture without overmixing
Transfer mixture to a loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a foil-lined baking sheet
In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to create the glaze
Spread glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf
Bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 160°F
Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing
