Ingredients
Shredded Chicken 2 lbs
Corn Tortilla Chips 1 bag
Shredded Cheese 3 cups
Black Beans 1 can (15 oz)
Finishing Cheese 6 oz
Jalapenos 1/2 jar (4 oz)
Sour Cream 3 oz
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Sprinkle 1.5 cups cheese across tortilla chips to protect them from direct heat.
Spread 6 oz shredded chicken atop the cheese layer using taco-seasoned chicken as the base.
Drain black beans and dollop evenly across the chicken layer.
