Ingredients
Chocolate sandwich cookies
6 tbsp melted unsalted butter
Cream cheese (room temperature)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups whipped topping
2 packages chocolate pudding mix
3 cups cold milk
2 cups fresh sliced strawberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Crush chocolate cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
Blend cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup whipped topping until smooth. Spread over the crust.
Whisk pudding mix with 6 cups of milk per package instructions (12 cups total) and let thicken.
Fold 1.5 cups whipped topping into pudding mixture; spread over the cream cheese layer.
Arrange strawberries evenly on top. Chill for 4 hours. Frost with remaining whipped topping before serving.
