Ingredients
Mini croissants, 6-8
Mixed nuts, 1 cup
Raisins/dried fruit, ½ cup
Milk, 2½ cups
Heavy cream, 1 cup
Condensed milk, ½ cup
Cinnamon (optional), to taste
Coconut (optional), to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
Grease 9×13″ baking dish with neutral oil
Tear croissants into 1” pieces; reserve whole corners
Sprinkle nut pieces and dried fruit in a single layer
Mix milk, heavy cream, and condensed milk in a bowl
Pour liquid over croissant layer
Top with reserved croissant pieces and cinnamon/coconut
Bake 25 minutes until golden and bubbly
