Ingredients
2¼ cups all-purpose flour
¾ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1½ cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
¾ cup light-brown sugar
⅔ cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (halal certified)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt
Add peanut butter, softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar
Mix until smooth and well combined
Beat in eggs one at a time
Stir in vanilla extract
Fold in chocolate chips
Scoop 24 equal portions onto baking sheets
Bake 12-15 minutes until golden
Notes
Use room temperature eggs for smoother batter
Substitute oat flour for half the AP flour for texture
Store in airtight container up to 5 days
