Ingredients
Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded – 1 cup
Whipped Cream Cheese – 8 oz
Mayonnaise – 1/4 cup
Finely Chopped Pimiento – 1/4 cup
Hot Sauce – 1 tbsp
Minced Garlic – 1 clove
Cayenne Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Sunflower or Pumpkin Seeds – 1/4 cup
French Baguette – 1 (about 10 inches)
Olive Oil – 1 tsp
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, pimiento, hot sauce, garlic, and cayenne pepper
Stir until smooth and well-blended
While mixture chills, slice baguette diagonally into 1/2-inch thick pieces
Brush slices with olive oil and toast on a baking sheet for 10–12 minutes
Evenly spread pimento cheese mixture onto warm baguette slices
Top with roasted sunflower/pumpkin seeds before serving
