Ingredients
15 graham crackers
1–2/3 cups granulated sugar, divided
8 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1–1/4 cups pumpkin puree (solid pack)
1–1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1–1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp all-purpose flour
3 (8-oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
1–1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup full-fat sour cream
1/8 tsp salt
3 large eggs, room temperature
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9×13 metal pan with foil, greasing it lightly.
Pulse graham crackers into fine crumbs, combine with 2 tablespoons of sugar and melted butter, then press firmly into the prepared pan.
