Ingredients
15 rectangular graham crackers
2 cups granulated sugar, divided
8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1–¼ cups pure pumpkin puree
1–½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1–½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
24 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1–½ teaspoons pure vanilla extract
½ cup sour cream
⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions
