Ingredients
2 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup white rum (optional)
1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
Measure frozen raspberries, pineapple juice, coconut cream, and ice into a blender
Add white rum if making an alcoholic version
Blend on high speed for 30 seconds; scrape down sides and blend again if needed
Divide mixture between glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries or pineapple slices
