Ingredients
Fresh pineapple, 1 whole (cut into rings or chunks)

Non-alcoholic rum extract, 1/4 cup

Instructions
Rinse the whole pineapple and pat dry with paper towels
Remove the core and cut into even slices or chunks
Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add melted butter
