Ingredients

Instructions
Whisk eggs, salt, pepper, and milk in a bowl until smooth
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture and scramble 2-3 minutes until set
Cook sausage links in a skillet over medium heat 5-7 minutes
Spray skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-low
Place tortilla flat; add scrambled eggs, a sausage link, and cheese. Roll tightly, folding sides
Place seam-side down in skillet. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown
