Ingredients
4 Stonefire Naan Flatbreads
1 pound Italian Sausage
1 cup Ricotta Cheese
2 cups Shredded Mozzarella
0.5 cup Pizza Sauce
2 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
Fresh Basil (optional)
Olive Oil (for brushing)
Instructions
Preheat oven t 475°F (245°C)
Lightly brush flatbreads with olive oil and place on a baking sheet
In a skillet, cook Italian sausage over medium heat until browned; crumble and season with red pepper flakes
Spoon 1 tbsp pizza sauce onto each flatbread
Sprinkle ½ cup mozzarella, then ¼ cup ricotta, followed by cooked sausage
Drizzle ½ tbsp honey and 0.5 tsp hot sauce on top
Finish with remaining mozzarella and bake for 8–10 minutes until golden

Use chicken or plant-based sausage for halal/vegetarian options
Substitute vegan ricotta for a dairy-free version
Adjust honey/hot sauce ratio for preferred sweet-spicy balance
