Raw cleaned shrimp

Taco seasoning

Guacamole

Instructions
Pat the raw cleaned shrimp dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle taco seasoning evenly over the shrimp and toss gently to coat
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil, then add seasoned shrimp. Cook 3-5 minutes, until pink and opaque
Transfer cooked shrimp to a serving bowl. Return to skillet (optional) with guacamole and warm briefly
Serve shrimp in spoonfuls of guacamole on dipper chips
