Ingredients
Unsalted butter 1/2 cup (softened)
White sugar 1/2 cup
Brown sugar 1/4 cup (packed)
Egg 1 large

All-purpose flour 1 1/4 cups
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Kosher salt 1 teaspoon
Graham cracker crumbs 6 graham crackers (94g)
Milk chocolate (shavings) 1/2 cup
Mini marshmallows 1 cup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C)
Press graham cracker crumbs into a greased 9×13-inch pan as the base
In a bowl, cream butter, white sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth
Fold in flour, baking powder, and salt to create a dense dough
Pat dough evenly over the graham cracker layer
Sprinkle chocolate shavings and marshmallows over the dough
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and marshmallows are toasted
Let cool completely before cutting into 12 bars
