Description
A tender, customizable raw cookie dough with a silky texture and rich vanilla-chocolate flavor. Heat-treated flour and melted butter create a safe, scoopable dough with no baked goods required.
Ingredients
All-purpose flour 3/4 cup
Unsalted butter 1/3 cup
Brown sugar 1/3 cup (packed)
Granulated sugar 3 tablespoons
Salt 1/8 tsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Milk 1 tbsp
Chocolate chips 1/3 cup
Instructions
Melt butter in a microwave-safe dish until fully melted (30-60 seconds). Let cool to room temperature.
Heat-treat flour via microwave (10-15 seconds) or oven (300°F for 5-8 minutes). Cool completely.
In a medium bowl, add melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Whisk for 1 minute until fully combined.
Stir in vanilla extract, salt, and milk until smooth.
Gradually add cooled flour, mixing until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
Cover dough and chill for 10 minutes to firm. Scoop and serve raw.
Notes
Heat-treating flour eliminates raw flour bacteria. Use mini chocolate chips for even distribution. Dough can be shaped into balls or sliced for easy serving. Store in refrigerator up to 1 day.
