Ingredients
1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats
1 ½ cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons chia seeds
¾ cup diced strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Instructions
Combine 1 ½ cups old-fashioned oats and 2 tablespoons chia seeds in a bowl
Pour in 1 ½ cups milk and mix well
Add 1 cup strawberry Greek yogurt and ¾ cup diced strawberries
Stir to combine, cover, and refrigerate overnight (8–12 hours)
Serve chilled, divided into 4 servings
