Ingredients
2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered
16 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced or cubed
1/2 cup fresh chopped basil
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp honey
1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
Wash strawberries in cold water and pat dry
Cut strawberries into quartered pieces ensuring uniform size
Slice or cube mozzarella into bite-sized portions
Combine balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, and pepper to make the dressing
In a serving bowl or on a platter, arrange strawberries and mozzarella
Drizzle with dressing and scatter basil leaves on top
