Step 1: Prepare Oven and Pan
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
Step 2: Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients
In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add sugar, oil, plant milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
