Description
Sweet, nutty, and customizable, this easy white chocolate peanut butter bark is perfect for picnics, weeknight snacks, or gifting. Silky and tender with a satisfying crunch, it’s ready in an hour using just a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients
300g white chocolate (chips or bars)
2–3 tbsp smooth peanut butter (use crunchy for better texture)
1–2 tbsp cake sprinkles (optional, substitute with crushed nuts, dried berries, or shredded coconut)
Instructions
Line an 8×8-inch tray with parchment paper.
Break white chocolate into 1-inch pieces and melt in a microwave (30-second intervals, stirring) or on stovetop using a double boiler (5–8 minutes).
Pour melted chocolate into the tray, then drizzle peanut butter across the surface and marbleize with a toothpick.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp toppings over warm chocolate, gently pressing with a spoon. Add a second layer if desired.
Chill at room temperature for 1 hour or refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm. Lift parchment and cut/break into pieces.
Notes
Use quality chocolate with at least 25% cocoa for a clean texture.
Measure peanut butter at room temperature for smooth drizzling.
Chill between topping layers to prevent sticking.
Substitute white chocolate with milk/dark chocolate if preferred.
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
