Ingredients
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp chili paste
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 chicken breasts, cubed
1/4 cup soy sauce (low-sodium preferred)
1 large onion, sliced
1/2 head cabbage, chopped
2 carrots, matchstick-cut
8 oz soba noodles (or udon/vermicelli)
Instructions
Warm sesame and canola oils in a wok over medium heat
Add garlic and chili paste; sauté 1 minute
Add chicken cubes; cook 5-7 minutes until browned
Pour in soy sauce; cook 2 minutes
Add onion, cabbage, and carrots; stir-fry 4-5 minutes until crisp-tender
